Delivery in Singapore is free and fully insured, with signature on receipt and tracking from the moment your piece leaves the workshop, in about 2–3 weeks. Every piece arrives gift-ready, with no prices anywhere in the box. We don’t offer change-of-mind returns; if your piece arrives damaged or faulty, write to us and we’ll make it right.
Certification
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds: the same crystal, graded on the same scales, grown above ground. Pieces set with a single stone of half a carat or more ship with an IGI certificate; pavé, halo and tennis pieces use smaller stones below individual-certification size. Care
Warm water, a drop of gentle soap and a soft brush, once a month or whenever the sparkle dims. Jewellery goes on last: perfume and hairspray first. Store the bracelet in its box when resting.
